PICTT Signs MOU with Nigeria-China Strategic Partnership to Advance Technology Transfer and Investment Cooperation
PICTT has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Nigeria-China Strategic Partnership (NCSP), represented by its Director-General, to advance cooperation in technology transfer, innovation and investment. The agreement was signed on 4 December 2025.
The partnership marks an important step in strengthening Nigeria’s technological development, building on PICTT’s mandate to coordinate strategic international cooperation in science, technology, research and industrial development.
Through the collaboration, PICTT and NCSP will work to identify practical opportunities for joint technology transfer initiatives, innovation-driven investment and capacity development between Nigeria and Chinese partners.
