Nigeria’s technological and industrial transformation requires purposeful collaboration, knowledge exchange and the effective transfer of technology into productive capacity.

The Presidential Implementation Committee on Technology Transfer (PICTT) provides a platform for strengthening cooperation between Nigeria and strategic partners in science, technology, research, innovation and industrial development.

Our focus is not simply on acquiring technology, but on building the knowledge, skills, institutions and productive capabilities required to apply, adapt and sustain technology within Nigeria.

Through collaboration with government institutions, research organizations, academia, industry and international partners, PICTT seeks to facilitate practical initiatives that contribute to technology localization, capacity development, innovation and industrial growth.
