PICTT and Brazil’s Campo Group Sign MOU to Advance Irrigate Nigeria Initiative
PICTT has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Companhia de Promoção Agrícola (CAMPO), a Brazilian agribusiness and infrastructure development company, to advance the Irrigate Nigeria Initiative.
The partnership will support the development of large-scale farming zones equipped with irrigation infrastructure, renewable energy, road networks and farmland, strengthening Nigeria’s agricultural value chain, reducing import dependency and supplying raw materials for planned Special Agro-Processing Zones.
The agreement was signed on 28 July 2025.
